There is a wide variety of, fully furnished, accommodation available close to the college. Most will be within a few minutes of the beach and some will have communal swimming pools and other facilities.

Indicative monthly rental prices (Per apartment) are as follows:

Studio apartment (1-2 persons)                       € 250                ₤ 230

1 Bedroom (1-2 persons)                                 € 350                ₤ 315

2 Bedrooms (2-4 persons)                               € 450                ₤ 405

Note: utility charges such as water and electricity are usually paid in addition to the rent

Hotels

Some hotels also offer long term accommodation.

An indicative monthly price for this is:

2 star hotel:

Single Room                                                    € 400                ₤ 360

Twin Room                                                      € 550                ₤ 500

The price includes all utilities and use of all hotel facilities.
